Highly Sensitive People

Chances are, you’re a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) and experience sensory processing sensitivity. And as a fellow Highly Sensitive Person, I understand the unique experience of being sensitive in a society that was not made with us sensitive ones in mind, as well as the challenges and the joys that come along with being a Highly Sensitive Person.
