Gender confirming surgeries and procedures can be an important step of the transition journey for many people. However, insurance companies and surgeons may require one or more letters of support in order to move forward. I am able to provide doctoral-level letters of support for various gender confirming surgeries and procedures, including:

• Top surgery (chest reconstruction, breast removal or reduction, and breast augmentation)

• Bottom surgery (orchiectomy, vaginoplasty, and phalloplasty)

• Facial feminization surgery

• Rhinoplasty

• Tracheal shave

• Electrolysis

I conduct single, one-hour assessment sessions to discuss your journey so far, your knowledge of the procedure, and how obtaining this surgery will be beneficial for you. I look to be an ally and advocate, not a gatekeeper. That being said, I aim to have a collaborative approach to reduce the awkwardness and invasiveness that is this process.

Fee: up to $185 (sliding scale)

This includes the session, the letter of support, any potential edits or rewrites, and any potential communication regarding your surgery
