You don’t have to heal alone.

Offering Psychotherapy Services in Seattle, WA and Telehealth

Let go of shame, and create a more peaceful relationship with yourself.

Through therapy, I help people who are wrestling with their sense of worth, who have experienced emotional wounds, who are often marginalized by systemic oppression, find compassion for themselves.

My clients struggle as you do. Although they are resilient, resourceful, and determined, life is still filled with obstacles. And despite knowing rationally that they deserve better, there is something internally that keeps pulling them back into the pain.

Perhaps you criticize not only your actions, but also every aspect of who you are as a person. You tell yourself that you are not good enough.

Perhaps you are reliving the most painful experiences of your life. Your world does not feel safe.

Perhaps you feel the wound of being LGBTQIA+ in a queerphobic and transphobic society, of being a person of color in a racist society, of being a woman or femme in a sexist society, of being in a larger body in a fatphobic society, of being disabled in an ableist society, of being neurodivergent in a neurotypical society, of being highly sensitive in an insensitive society.

Chances are, your low self-esteem, your painful past, and your experience with oppression interfere with the kind of life you want to live.

This could mean that you aren’t who you want to be- that you know the current state of your mental health is holding you back from your full potential, negatively impacting most every area of your life.

You deserve to let go of your shame and burdens placed on you by systemic oppression.

Finding compassion for yourself is not out of your reach.

If you want to recognize the worth inherent in yourself, I’d love to help you get there. I specialize in providing therapy to queer and trans folx and Highly Sensitive People, as well as people struggling with body image and disordered eating, religious trauma, depression, anxiety, and other forms of trauma.
